OVYF offers several different after-school programs focusing on career development and job opportunities for teens throughout the year.

BLINC (Building Lives Inc.) is a 15 week series focused on character building (self-confidence and positive self-expression), vocational opportunities, and how to discover/cultivate personal passions.  12 of the workshops have guest speakers that range from specific careers to powerful mentors sharing their stories.   The goal is to motivate and inspire teens, ages 15-18, and connect young people from both private and public schools.
